About Us

We provide interior plantscaping services to offices and corporate clients across Ontario, including plant maintenance, office installations, green/moss walls, and seasonal floral displays. We’re a small, hands-on team looking for a reliable, flexible part-time assistant to join us.

The Role

You will support our operations team by:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the company van to pick up and deliver plants, containers, and floral displays

  • Assist with office/installation setups and arrange plants on site

  • Prep materials in the shop: empty containers, load/unload plants, manage compost/green waste

  • Support senior employees during installs, including minor client interactions

  • Document work and follow SOPs for installations, deliveries, and plant care

  • Handle out-of-scope or emergency requests by escalating per SOPs

Requirements

  • Comfortable driving a company van and transporting plants/materials

  • Physically able to lift and move plants, containers, and shop materials

  • Flexible availability; some slower days are part of the role

  • Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must have own vehicle

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with plants, landscaping, or interior installations

  • Ability to follow documented SOPs

  • Comfortable with local travel within GTA? Mississauga/Orangeville

The candidate must be physically fit, strong and able to lift 50 plus pounds with excellent communication and customer service skills. This is physical work and heavy lifting is required.

In addition the candidate will be trained to provide tropical plant care services and service calls to our clients, which include large corporate accounts throughout the GTA, including the downtown core. Our operation is located in Mono just east of Orangeville. The ideal candidate should live within Caledon, Mono, Orangeville area and be able to travel to our business location with their own vehicle where they will perform their duties at our location and be given access to a company vehicle when deliveries and installations and maintenance service in the city are required.

Duties include

  • Using a scheduling app daily on your mobile device

  • Preparing and planting tropical plants and trees into interior containers.

  • Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries, including heavy bales of soil and planters.

  • Driving from Orangeville to clients throughout the GTA

  • Installing tropical plants & containers into client offices.

  • Performing tropical plant care services on scheduled routes.

Must Haves

  • Your own vehicle

  • Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate loading docks and tight spaces with large van

  • Proficiency using a smartphone for use with scheduling app and daily communication.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent navigation skills and ability to use GPS

  • Hardworking and flexible with a positive attitude
